Return & Exchange Policy

At Maison Seyant, we want you to love your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the client.
  
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund (excluding original shipping fees).

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  
• The customer is responsible for sending the original item back at their own cost.
  
• Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement pair free of charge.
  
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
